    It is rare when you see a combination husband and wife business team that you meet and instantly make a personal connection in
    a way that evokes trust. That is what occurred for me when I met Frank and Sandy at a networking meeting a few months ago. As a
    result I took my truck in for a check engine light that had been diagnosed and repaired on 2 other occasions at other locations as an
    O 2 sensor problem.  When I went in I found myself in a candid, non-sales education session with their service manager about the
    possible causes of the problem that was more informative in the first 10 minutes than my entire experience with 2 other repair
    shops.

    As a result they worked on the most likely cause and when that did not resolve the problem they were about to start on plan B that
    was going to be a pretty healthy chunk of change. Before they started one of the other mechanics went out on the web and found
    one other option to try based on several other mechanics experience. This option cost less money and solved the problem. All
    through the experience the mechanics operated as a team and as a result I got the benefit of their synergy, which saved me money,
    and the truck runs better than it had in months."
